How do I place an order on your website?
- To place an order, simply browse our online catalog, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready to check out, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
- We accept major credit and debit cards, also financing available from shopify.
- We offer shipping to all states. Shipping costs and delivery times vary, so please review our Shipping Policy for detailed information (no international shipping).
- Yes, you can track your order. We will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status.
- We provide accurate information and images of our artworks . If you wish to return an unframed print, original piece, or functional item, email us at artimporter1938@gmail.com, and we'll issue store credit within 10 days of receiving it.
- There's a 20% restocking fee, but Art Importer covers the return shipping costs, provided the artwork is in its original condition. If your items arrive damaged, document the damage to the packaging and artwork, and notify Art Importer within 10 days of delivery.
